Jerry Ruggles: I"m e-mailing you to tell what a good job you’re doing. We have been renting our two units at Residencias Reef (#8340 & 8310) since Aug ’08. My guest always ask who I would recommend for a dive shop, I always tell them Deep Blue. Their comments to me are, "they’ve really enjoyed diving with Deep Blue and thanks very much for recommending them". So, thank you for doing such a good job with your operation, it makes renting my units easier when I can recommend well run business there.
Tom Jenkins: Just a short note to say Jamie Dryden and Tom Jenkins (that’s me) had a great experience diving with deep blue.
Although everyone at Deep Blue were great, we would like to say that we really thought that Roberto was a superiour boat driver - both technically handling the boat but also how he handled the clients. Gary was excellent in the office and we enjoyed chatting with him.
As to your dive masters, Jamie and I have over 700 boat dives each at many resorts around the world and we both think that Vollrath is in the top 10 (possibly top 5) of all the dive masters we have had the pleasure of working with... He was very professional, very knowledgable, and had a great way with the divers. Excellent in all aspects of this tought job. Please tell him hello from us and we hope to dive with him again in the near future.
